- Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
- We offer same-day and next-day delivery options across Dubai.
- A dispatch fee of AED 9.99 is applicable for same-day deliveries.
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the flowers at the specified time, but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
- In the event that the recipient wishes to receive the flowers anonymously, we will respect your request.
- However, for security purposes, the recipient’s information will be disclosed if they contact us to confirm the sender details after 3 hours of delivery.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
- For perishable items like fresh flowers and plants, no returns are accepted once delivered. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
- For non-perishable items, such as vases or flower accessories, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
- We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
